Problem connecting Netatmo account to Google Home

Hello there , does anyone knows about problem connecting Netatmo account into Google Home app? I had many devices connected but now I can't reconnect my Netatmo account to add other. It seems to be a technical error connecting with api. I'd like to have information. Thanks

    I'm not sure I'm having the same exact error as you but the Netatmo connection I have in Google Home has started being automatically removed every few days and I have to re-add the connection again in Google Home

    Hi, I solved the problem. I have Home + Control and Security apps. I had to disconnect my netatmo account to both.

    How did you solve it? My Google Home app says it cannot link to the Netatmo app at the moment, or something like this.

    Hello,

    Here is what I can advise : 

    • remove your Netatmo devices in Google Home app
    • log in to https://home.netatmo.com/ > Parameters > My account > Third-party apps > click on Google Home > Revoke access
    • go back in Google Home app and redo the process to re-link your Netatmo devices to their service

    i have the same problem. done what you wrote Leslie and it still dont work. will not add the accont in my home but it does show up under Parameters > My account > Third-party apps

    Hello,

    @thomash, I redid the linking process and it works on my side. Did you remove also the link in Google Home app ? In the app click on "+" > Devices > Associate apps or services > click on "Legrand - Netatmo - Bticino" > Dissociate account

    Then, redo the connection by following the steps in Google Home app (use the credentials of your Netatmo end-user account when asked)

    @michele, if your problem deals with the Home + Security app, you must contact directly Netatmo support by going here : https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/ > select the most relevant question relative to your problem > click on "Submit a request" button
