Why a brand is avoiding to help clients to solve problems?
Are you sure yuo want to be a brand close to your consumers?
Are you really trying to build up something? or just selling products and forgetting your customers?
I've been a loyal client and I bought another Netatmo smart thermostat and it is imposible to connect it , and you don't have a help desk.
