Another battery set is gone.. please some one can help me? @netatmo assistance exist or not?
Another battery set is done.. in deciding to repliche all Netatmo products due to missing assistance and missing solution.
In the past was really different .. better service
I’m having the same issue. According to the web, it suggests installing high power, long life batteries. I guess that means they’ll last a bit longer.
Have you had a response from Netatmo?
Same problem, my batteries run out in 3/4 days
I’m having the same problems with battery drain. After working fine for several years, I now need to replace batteries every 7 - 14 days. In addition my display has permanently rotated through 90 degrees and will not right itself
it Happens the same for me. No rotation and batteries last less than 2 days. It seems to be a general failure. Netatmo, could you do something? My thermostat is within the warranty, so I supoose they will replace it, but I’m pretty sure it will be the same… let’s go to the court togheter!!
