Missing parts in Smart Modulating Thermostat box (Relay power adapter + wiring connector) — how to get replacements?

Hi everyone,

I received my Netatmo Smart Modulating Thermostat and I want to install it in the wired setup (replacing my old wired thermostat) exactly as described in the official guide:

However, my package seems to be missing two parts required for that installation:

1. Relay mains power adapter (the plug-in adapter to power the Relay from a wall socket)

2. Wiring connector / terminal block needed to connect the existing thermostat wires to the Netatmo Thermostat

I do have the boiler connection adapter/cable for connecting the Relay to the boiler, but I don’t have the two items above.

I already opened a support request (Ticket #3405250), but I haven’t received a reply for over a week, so I’m posting here in case a moderator can help or advise the best next step.

I’ve attached photos/screenshots showing what’s missing and what’s included:

Question: What is the best way to get these missing parts?
Is there a replacement parts request process, or should I open a support ticket / return the product to the retailer?
