Valve not heating up

I have one thermostat and 4 smart valve just installed and firmware is updated. Calibration is ok, signal is max, battery max. No matter if it is the schedule heating or if I try the boost to maximum, nothing changes: the radiator is still cold. The thermostat show that the gas boiler is activated, the app shows the valves are on, but the radiator is cold.
