Android Home Coach app does not show one Home because the Home name is blank / undefined

I have two Netatmo Home Coach devices on the same Netatmo account.

Both devices/homes are visible in the web app at:

https://home.netatmo.com/control/dashboard

However, in the Android Home Coach app, I can only access one of them.

After checking the web app more closely, I noticed something strange:

In the web app’s Home selector, one Home is shown correctly as “Home Coach”
The other Home appears as a blank entry
When I select the blank Home, the browser title changes to “undefined - ”

So it looks like one of my Homes has no valid name, or the Home name is stored as undefined.

I have already tried clearing the Android app data and logging in again, but the problem remains. The Android app still only shows one Home Coach and does not give me access to the other one.

I would like to rename or fix the blank/undefined Home, but I cannot find a way to rename the Home from the web app. The official rename instructions seem to require the mobile app, but the mobile app is exactly where I cannot access the affected Home.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Is there any way to rename or repair a blank/undefined Home from the web app, or does Netatmo support need to fix this on the backend?
