sometimes it happens to me too. i also have unifi. try changing the wifi channel or move ap closer to the doorbell.

Try to verify in the network management whether your doorbell connection is locked to the access point... so that it does not roam to a weaker access point.

Try to put a closer access point. doorbell has a very weak antenna. my doorbell is 3 meters from the access point, and the signal is half or 3/4.

Power re-cycling,camera reset, router restart, access point restart. Nothing helps my camera. Yeah, same issue. Yeah, after every update, there are some issues. Exceptionally, there are no problems...
