    Outdoor weather unit

    I keep getting multiple emails, daily saying my Outdoor Module has very low batteries. I have changed the batteries and the unit is working but I keep getting these multiple emails...

    Outdoor module inaccurate

    My outdoor module is showing 15°C when the temperature is actually 3°. The unit has new batteries and is connected. Why is there no support from Netatmo customer service????
