Samedi 15/02 : les thermostats sont restés injoignables pendant 4h à partir de 14h Le service est revenu jusqu'à aujourd'hui 16h où ils sont de nouveau injoignables que ce soit depuis l'application...

Idem en Loire Atlantique. Vraiment très pénible ces dysfonctionnements à répétition. Personnellement je vais me renseigner pour changer de solution de commande a distance.

Une nouvelle fois cette semaine (16/12) problème d'accès aux thermostats Netatmo ce jour le 19/12 depuis 9h20. Est ce lié à la mise à jour (passage de 0.1 à 0.5) ? aucune réponse précise sur l'orig...
