I solved after download windows app and reinstall the firmware. https://n3twizard.blob.core.windows.net/wizard/NetatmoWizard_Windows.exe

Indeed, download the file on a windows pc/laptop and connect the smartindoor device with an usb cable. Run the file downliaded and follow the steps - that will rewrite the firmware.

Hello, I just buy 2 devices from amazon and i have the same behavior for both. I tried also with wifi 2.4gh and 5gh - the same result. Also tried from android and apple - the same.
