I was contacted by Netatmo support. They had to do something on their end. Now everything is working again. Relais active, thermostats in control app and homekit. I hope your problems are solved as...

I have the exact same problem. Same error message and same abyssmal support. Tried everything from support pages as well. If anybody can help, it will be greatly appreciated.
