My product doesn't beep during the configuration of my remote, what should I do?

During the configuration, the Smart Controller emits a beep to confirm the reception of an order sent by the remote. If you don't hear this beep, the Smart Controller will ne be able to be configured correctly.
Verify the following items: 
  • Make sure the batteries of the remote are full and that the remote can correctly control your AC
  • Make sure the remote is ON 
  • Point the remote towards the Smart Controller, less than a meter from it

If after those checks, you still don't hear a beep, follow the following steps of resolution: 

  1. Unplug and replug the Smart Controller from power. Wait a few seconds, then launch the configuration from the parameters of the product : Menu > manage my home > room > Smart Controller > Configure my remote
  2. If step 1 didn't lead to a successfull configuration, please reset and reinstall your product. To do so : 
    - Remove your product from Home + Control 
    Manage my home > Room > Smart Controller > Parameters > remove

    - Insert a thin object (paper clip or pen tip) in the RESET button located at the back of the product and press it during 10 secondes until the LED glows
    - Reinstall the product
