- Open your Home + Security app.
- Tap on the “Jammed” notification displayed below the lock’s activation button to refresh its status.
- Once your Smart Door Lock’s status has been refreshed, the "Jammed" notification should disappear from your main menu and the beeping should stop.
- If not, leave your Smart Key inserted in the door lock for 15 seconds without turning it.
- If your product continues to beep following this, please contact our support team.
