• The serial number consists of one letter followed by 6 digits (e.g., vxxxxxx)

The serial number for your Smart 2-in-1 Sensor can be found:

• On the product packaging, in the box in the bottom right-hand corner, above the barcode.

• On the back of the product, in the battery compartment, just above the product barcode.

• In your Smart Home ecosystem app, in the product settings. For more information, you can visit the help page for your ecosystem through the following links:
