Follow these steps to reset the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor:
If it is installed in the app of your Smart Home ecosystem
(1) Delete your product from the app before adding it again.
If it is installed on the wall mount
(2) Unhook the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor from its wall mount.
In all cases
(3) Press the button on the back of the product for 6 seconds until the LED on the front flashes red. The LED will go off after a few seconds.
(4) When the LED turns green, place it back on the wall mount. After a few seconds, the LED will flash white. Your Smart 2-in-1 Sensor has been reset and is ready to be paired.
