You have installed the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor with a magnet on your door/window and the open/closed status is not shown in your Smart Home ecosystem app. This means that the magnet was not detected when the product was set up. To try again, follow these steps:
Recalibrate your Smart 2-in-1 Sensor:
- Check that your wall mount and magnet are not more than 4cm apart.
- Unhook your product from the wall mount.
- Press the reset button on the back of the product twice briefly. The LED on the front will then flash green.
- Immediately reinstall the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor on its mount so that it detects the presence of the magnet nearby.
Wait a few minutes, then relaunch your app and see if the door/window open/closed status appears.
If this doesn’t work, try resetting your product completely.
