My Smart 2-in-1 Sensor is installed but will not respond in the app. What should I do?

The status of your Smart 2-in-1 Sensor is "cannot be reached" or "not responding".

  • Check that the distance between the Border Router and the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor is not too great. Move the Border Router closer to the sensor if necessary.
  • Restart your Border Router.

If this does not work:

  • Remove and replace the battery in the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor to restart the product.
