The status of your Smart 2-in-1 Sensor is "cannot be reached" or "not responding".
- Check that the distance between the Border Router and the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor is not too great. Move the Border Router closer to the sensor if necessary.
- Restart your Border Router.
If this does not work:
- Remove and replace the battery in the Smart 2-in-1 Sensor to restart the product.
