If you do not remember the email address of your Netatmo account, we suggest you do a quick search with the keyword "Netatmo" in your different e-mail accounts to find any Netatmo related message. If this search remains unsuccessful, then you will have to create a new Netatmo account and reinstall the products with it.
We are not able to recover a password which has been lost. If you do not remember your password, you must reset it by accessing the authentication page of the Netatmo web or mobile app, and clicking on the "Lost Password?" link. Enter the email address of your Netatmo account and click on the "Send" button. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent (check the spambox if the email is not received within a couple of minutes). Lastly, click on the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
On the password reset request page, be sure to enter your account address correctly. If the email address entered does not exist in our database, you will not receive the reset link and no warning message will be displayed.
