If your order was recently placed and is still in the status "Scored' (confirmed), you can cancel your order directly from your account.
Log into 'My account' then select 'My orders' to access the concerned order, there click on 'Cancel my order'.
If your order is not associated with your account or has not been shipped (no tracking details are available yet), please send us a message.
If your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it, you still have 60 days from the delivery to return your order.
