I have an error message when I want to play my video from Dropbox. I have a "transfer error" event on my Timeline. What should I do?

This error indicates that it has not been possible to save an event in your Dropbox. This can happen when:

  • There is a file name conflict (two files with the same name);
  • There are permission issues;
  • There are invalid characters (if you rename files with unsupported characters).

Please note that you will still be able to play your videos from the Home + Security application and you can download them in order to manually add them to your Dropbox.
