I have no videos, even though the Camera is plugged in and I have Wi-Fi.

Note that even when the Camera is not connected to the Internet, it continues to record and detect events. The list of these events is updated whenever the Camera finds a stable connection.

If you don’t have videos in the Home + Security app, this could be due to several reasons. Please check that:

  • The surveillance function is activated. You can check this in the top-right menu in your Home + Security app.
  • The Home + Security app’s settings for video recording are correct. Open the settings menu in the top-left corner and go to ‘Alert & recording settings’.
  • The smartphone used to access the Home + Security app has a good Internet connection.
