Why are some videos of my Camera not saved to Dropbox?

Only the videos that you have defined are sent to your Dropbox.

To choose which types of events to send to Dropbox (movement, unknown faces, people, animals, cars, video calls, etc.) and for which cameras, go to the Home + Security app > Settings > Cloud Storage > Link and configure your Dropbox. 

This service has been developed for greater security, so you can keep track of suspicious videos while allowing you to save space on your Dropbox storage by not uploading all videos.
