I have just sent this to the team at Netatmo. I’ll let you know what they say. Obviously, I may be in a minority and many other people may love the new-look website.
Re the changes to the website How can I go back to the old website display or is there a third-party provider that can give me the old version? I have to say that whoever has designed this new website display must be a junior programmer doing an apprenticeship. Whatever the fancy programming ideas that have been use, the new site has certainly not been designed by someone with an interest in the weather and climatic conditions. It is totally unfit for purpose, and you have managed to change an intuitive, informative design into something that is (quite frankly) useless.
Totally agree! I don´t like the new wheather webfrontend either.
Please dear Netatmo Team give us at least a chance to switch to the old view.

You are not alone, and probably not in minority either. The new interface is flawed, and Netatmo should allow acess to home.netatmo.com until they have sorted their problems with the new beta version.

It total Cr*p! cannot rename rooms or see clearly how much rin has fallen.... Gives back the old app, this is so unfriendly

I have used NetAtmo products for seven years with great pleasure (weather, camera and heating). But now it seems that I have to find another company with a proper GUI - it really is a shame.
Has usability testing been forgotten?

Absolutely uselessly.
From one of the best UI, your 'CEO' decide to make one of the worst in all segments.
Improve or repair will not help, because idea of new UI is beginner work and wrong

This is so typical of corporate thinking. End of our relationship, looking for a new product if anyone has any suggestions.

It is not upgrade, but downgrade.
Since I don't like 100 apps on my phone, I use web pages wherever it's possible. So this new Netatmo web page is really catastrophic.
Please give us back old good my.netatmo!!

Seems we are getting totally ignored on here. If you have not done so already, give them a big thumbs down an Trustpilot!. They do not even acknowledge any of these comments properly! We are just the customers and apparently we do not matter! Shame on you!!!!!!

Apparently they are ignoring us because the topic has been up for 2 months and no response from the admin. They are obviously aware of their mistake, but they don't dare to admit it. Do you even realize that you had a very nice and simple site and now it's a mess. Put the old page back.

there are so many complaints and they have been ignored, the new site doesn't work and shows incorrect data, my advice is to stop complaining and change supplier
