My thermostat changes temperature from requested figure.

Hello. On several occasions, I have set my thermostat to 21C and at some point during the operation of my heating system, the requested temperature has changed to 12C. I have had to alter the 12C back to 21C. Does anyone know the reason for this temperature change?

    Are you setting a manual boost?  These are temporary and will automatically cancel after a few hours.
    You can change how many hours in the settings.

    That said, I am currently having the opposite problem - a manual boost stays on forever
