First of all the way this company prevents its high-paying customers from contacting them it’s absolutely abysmal. There is no Contact form on the website, they ask to go to the most relevant article and then fill out a form, but that form does not exist. To say I’m frustrated as a massive understatement What’s the problem though? Is that you have a station in your house and the house is empty and the power is off for while, I lose the historic data for the entire duration of the power shutdown I know posting a complaint on a companies website is most likely gonna get taken down, but this is so frustrating. We are investigating a water leak in the roof of the house, but we can’t get the record of Rain historic data. Apparently the separate modules don’t store the data until the main module comes back online… I pay premium prices for this product, I cannot believe that this product loses historical data just because of a simple power fail. If anyone knows a solution to trigger the rain gauge to re-upload the historical data to the main letter station, please let me know.

    Also lost all data. What is then the purpose of keeping track ?
