network conection

i have reset wifi settings all ok then when away from boiler when i try to bring boiler up it says synchroniseing then shows screen telling i have changed password or network problem  yet when along side it on wifi setup is ok and digital room stat work ok i just cant log in and use my app on my iphone or pad  please help

    I have changed name of network. Same network only new ssid. I have deleted camera and the installed it as a new product. It is installed on the network but the Netatmo security app can’t connect with the camera. The app says that remote access of this product has been blocked. Unverified connection. It tells me to configure network again but that doesn’t help. I have rebooted everything several times. What shall I do? Can’t install weather station either.
