Cannot connect wifi
I've had a netatmo thermostat for 6 years. It stopped connecting to my wifi and I could not change the temperature manually because the plastic face of the thermostat had degraded so it was unreadable. Not getting any reply from Netatmo help, I bought a new one assuming it had broken with age.
The new one is connected to the relay, so I can at least change the temperature. However it simply will not connect to the wifi. I've tried all the recommendations...turning on and off of routers, reinstallation of the app but it always comes up with the same message 5 seconds after trying to connect. 'This connection delay has timed out. Please try to connect to your Wi-Fi network again. It feels like I've tried 100 times and it's driving me insane!

Jeg har haft Netatmo i mange år. Nu har jeg fået en ny router og et nyt Wi-fi netværk med en ny kode. Det er mig umulig at opkoble netatmo til det nye net. Basisenheden fungerer, jeg kan se farven på co2 men kan ikke aflæse andet, da jeg ikke kan koble den til mit Wi-Fi net. Jeg har ofte haft problemer med tilkobling og kan konstatere at softwaren i Netatmo er noget bras. Nu gider jeg ikke mere. Jeg har en udendørs enhed, som ikke kan vise lavere temperatur end 1,6 C og en regnmåler som meget hurtigt holdt op med at fungere
DER ER INGEN HJÆLP AT HENTE, HVORFOR JEG ABSOLUT IKKE KAN ANBEFALE NETATMO.
