Problem outdoor cameras

Hello. Some time ago you changed the environment that appears in my iPhones. The controls have become more complicated and the worst thing is that my camera intrusion report appears with a big delay of several tens of minutes! Please do something about this. Thank you.

    Same here, the delay is about 15 to 20 minutes! Never buying this camera again!

    The outdoor camera operates very well for several years, integrated with Apple HomeKit and Apple secure video. I was pleased with the operation. However in the past weeks, the camera stopped working. I cannot get the camera to even rest to the factory state. And certainly cannot get it to work again with Apple HomeKit. I need assistance from the Netatmo support team on next steps. Thx

    I have the same problem, the camera stopped working. I can't see the video, nor does it notify me. Although it is connected to WiFi and for example turning on the light via the app works. What with this?

    Hi, I have a problem with my Netatmo outdoor camera
    When I connect the 230V power supply, the camera does not start but only flashes.
    It worked for several months otherwise.

    Help Me pls
