I have purchased this item from ebay:
    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/386607781515?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=wgfij4orqdg&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=GAitp9cVTPi&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
If it works I will let you know.
There a few videos on YouTube showing
    how to replace the screen.

Nice one, thanks, I just contacted netatmo, I´ll wait and see what they say. Good luck with that one.👍

My Thermostat is nearly 10 years old. So I didn't even bother contacting Netmato.
Keep me updated on your progress and I will do the same.

I just got an answer back, €44 + any customs charges to send it for repair to them in France.
@danoftelford, how is the one you bought working out?
