So I saw that one of my valves was flagged as unreachable. I went to investigate and found it was detached because the plastic that holds the screw in place had snapped causing the valve to come loose. Is this covered under warranty?
I have had the same problem with 2 valves falling off a radiator due to the plastic lugs snapping off due to the plastic becoming brittle.
The valves, although less than 4 years old, were not under warranty, however brittle fracture is concerning as I have 8 valves potentially at risk of failure.

I’ve had to replace 4 to date. I’ve even sourced and 3d printed a replacement part but that didn’t work for long either. Having invested over £1000 into this ecosystem now I expect better. Netatmo care to comment? Any improvements in the pipeline for your product? Thanks.

Same problem here, even with relatively new valves. Had replacements but they break too. It's a design and engineering failure that I hope netamo are going to do something about.
I'm currently trialling my 4th 3d print option - if it works I'll share it online.

The same problem with valve housing where the plastic has broken at the bottom. This is completely unacceptable and should be replaced by netamo. I'm happy to take the valve to pieces. If this is not replaced for free then I conclude all netamo products not worth buying. One broken valve makes the whole system useless.
