I got exactly the same problem. Can't understand why ! Restarting is not working. No clue on what to do to fix that. Should be a software problem.

I have also the same problem with one of my NETATMO Presence CAMs showing a pink image during day and shows a quite normal imaging during night.
The link obove from my post from bhav from trivestgroup.com ist showing solutions when the reason is related to a IR cut filter. The hints how to fix it (reset CAM, reset IR LED board and a sweeping motion with a magnet on the lens of the cam) do not fix my problem. My question is, did it work for other mebers of this community?
Finally in the link above from trivestgroup.com they recommend:
"If none of these solutions work, then you should contact the company to provide help. Reputable brands would be more than happy to guide you or direct you to where you can get it fixed."
So I hope that Netatmo is a reputable brand and will guide us along a way to fix it?
