Read your April 3, 2024 response to this issue. Disabled smart notifications as suggested. Delays still occurring. System worked perfectly until just recently. Another issue that is occurring which is also recent is need to have to re-log into devices frequently. This occurs despite just received notification.
Flagged it alrrady twice via support tickets too. They are aware they said and working on it...but it takes too long and they don't give a date for a fix. Horrible customer and user experience.

this is a problem that has been ongoing for over a year. Delays in notifications for anything between 5-60 min., which makes this product completely unsuitable for what it was sold for (what is the point of selling a camera with a siren if by the time you are notified and can trigger it the burglars are long gone?)

I thought the problem was with my installation or settings. I have tried everything: replaced SD, turned off and on the modem,
notification settings.
Now I see from your comments that the problem has been going on for over a year...
This is really not OK. It makes me feel bad. Burglars are only alerted after 30 minutes!

the notification worked on March 23, 2023. I was then able to scare away an occasional thief by switching on the alarm after the Netatmo notification on my mobile phone woke me up.

I just found on another thread that disabling "smart notifications" may help and I can confirm that in my case it seems to have helped. I have no idea what that setting does besides providing a terrible UX. If you are having this issue I'd suggest turning it off. Should be in settings -> Alert and Recording

I have the same issue (I am on android phone). The videos show up immediately but notifications take 20/30 minutes

The problem has been with me and friends for a while now. In all cases, the notification appears on iOS end devices. However, logging in and monitoring the camera directly via PC and web browser showed the same delayed behavior. So it's not a problem with the iOS app, rather it seems to be on the server side - resource bottleneck? A camera with or without analysis should at least report the identified event within seconds. Please fix this immediately. Thank you very much.

I don't know if the "Smart Notifications" were active before the major update. I have now deactivated them and receive notifications within seconds again. The camera is still smart in the sense of identifying people, cars and animals. I can't find any difference to the active "Smart Notifications".

I think Netatmo support has done something about the problem. Everything is OK again for me without having to do anything to the settings. Hopefully it stays OK now, but I'm not at all confident that that's the case.
I have a support ticket for the problem but have not received a response yet

Same here. Notifications are delayed for several minutes and show up for events you already have seen in the camera newsfeed. Its the same for 2 cameras and 2 devices with different OS (iOS & Android). So its not hardware but most likely Netatmo Cloud related. Please fix.

Yep, since 2 weeks having same issue, notifications delayed for around 20min, switching off / on cams did not resolve the issue, have 2 x outdoor cams and both having the same delay

Hi, we are experiencing the same behavior! Since a few days or weeks we have the issue that the push notifications on our Apple iPhones are significantly delayed. Sometimes a push notification is received more than 20 mins. after the event.
This is a no go for such a security solution, we can not trust the 7 cameras anymore and would not be able to use the alarm/siren when needed! Our security concept only works if the push notifications are delivered just in time!
