Cannot connect to rain and aneometer after home smart weather station is changed to new one.
My home smart weather station outdoors thermometer stop working and after a change to new weather station I cannot connect my rain and aneometer again. It has worked several month before the outdoor termometer was failed.
What can I do??

Same here. My outdoor wind anemometer won't connect with the base station. I've tried everything, read all the FAQs, watched the videos, tried various combinations, but it simply won't connect. It seems the new software is not working, at least for me.
There is no phone number to call and I've submitted a ticket to Netamo Help but no one has replied.
Can anyone in Netatmo actually help a customer, at all?
