For the most my Doorbell works OK. But from time to time the app can't communicate with the camera (camera disconnected), even if it is OK in HomeKit. Some times WiFi connection is lost and I have to disconnect power and reconnect, then Doorbell camera comes back online by itselves.
Netatmo, you make reaching your customer service hard. Unfortunately the „Submit a Request“ form on your website doesn’t seem to work. So I tried to reach out to you via email and only got automated responses that I should use the website form. Now I'm here in the forum, hoping for customer service to read my post and open a case.
I have been using the Netatmo Doorbell (g98792e) for about 6 months now. For the last couple of months the device loses the connection almost once a week and has to be unscrewed every time to be reset and set up again. I've done resets and reinstallations, but nothing solved the issue permanently. I also checked all recommendations from your website. The distance to the router is approx. 3 meters (signal and power supply are very good according to the app) and I have now completely deactivated 5Ghz - to my inconvenience. However the connection is still unstable. I would like to return the product, but the reseller (tink.de) is not cooperative. Please reply.

Try new SD-card, seal with grease. So far it has worked for my doorbell.
