API stopped at 5:43 AM this morning?

lucasvda

At MeteoWare Plus, at Try it out (API Documentation), at my own weather app and at the Netatmo weather app on smartphone and computer, the last measurement i can get from the API is at 16 april 2024 05:43:21 GMT+02:00 DST?

How come?

    Hello,

Indeed, I confirm the issue on my side, but only for the calls via the third-party API

Data are correctly updated on the native Netatmo app or via the webapp : https://home.netatmo.com/ <= can you confirm ?

Data are transmitted to the dashboard on the app on pc and smartphone but the graphs are not updated since 05:45 AM.

Screenshot: last measurement 10.5 °C but on the graph 8.1°C at 5:43 AM

No data, either in app, on web or api… broken since around same time as above (0540) - Denmark

Same problem here. Have two weatherstations on different locations that stopped reporting historical data today at 05:35cet. Current readings and connection to the modules seems ok. A lot of stations on the weathermap also stops showing data after 05:40 so it looks like a server problem...

Same for me too. I started debugging my code but realised it was all working as it should, but the data isn't being updated on the API/graphs since around 05:30 BST.

'Live' data in the app is working, but the API on the face of it retrieves the last 'logged' data and not the live data it seems..

    Please fix it Netatmo!!

Now (13:08 GMT+2) the last measurement on the graphs is 7:41 AM GMT+2.

It looks like Netatmo is working on it.

I hope we don't loose any measurements.

Yes, I have later data too, now to 07:40 BST.

Perhaps all the data is in the system somewhere but is stuck/queued in a buffer due to some other issue.

    Hello,

Indeed the problem is identified and being corrected by the developers. Your data should come back soon
