Smart Lock status not changing in HomeKit
I have a ticket open with support but have not had a response since the 8th.
The issue is that the smart lock works but in HomeKit it shows as unlocked all the time. When I calibrate the lock it fails most of the time, when I try HomeKit setup it fails. on the rare occasion it does calibrate the HomeKit lock changes status but this stays as unlocked or locked regardless of its actual state.
Please can I get a response here or via email to get this product working.

Same issue, have you solved it?
They kept promising a software update but after 3 months I got my money back and went for an alternative which is much better
