Cannot connect the Netatmo Relay to the WIFI
Hi
I have a Netatmo Smart Thermostat since a month and all went fine with the first configuration.
Yesterday my internet connection had an issue then all was fixed in a few hours but after that accident the Relay was disconnected and cannot re-connect it anymore from the app, even if I tried many times and yes i've followed all the steps and recommendations available in the HELP section of this forum (and more actually, like disabling the 5GHz freq in my WIFI and also resetting the connection with the Relay in the configuratioin table of the modem).
Can you please suggest a solution for this? The only option I see otherwise, would be to give back the smart thermostat and go back to my previous kit :-(

I have the same issue and it's a real pain. Can you not make future devises 2.4 AND 5GHz as this may improve connection stability?
I have the same problem. The thermostat is working manually, and therefore connected to the relay. But I cannot connect my android phone to the thermostat despite following all the instructions. Please advise. Thanks Anne
I have the same issue. Relay and thermostat are working but there is no way to connect it to smartphone. Tried with android and ios, same issue. 2.4GHz, wpa2, Google dns.
I paid 3 times more than the price of regular thermostat and it seems that this is a bad product.
Support is very bad as I can see no one gets any answers
