Main Station will not connect
I have had Netatmo since 2015. My main indoor station has died and no longer connects. I have bought a new one on Lazada. This has a HomeKit Setup code on the manual and on the back. However despite numerous attempts, after reading the code the accessory does not show on the screen even after ten or more minutes waiting. If i cancel that operation I get an error message saying that Accessory not found in home. There is no message telling me how to fix this problem.
My wifi does have repeaters but I am not using them for the Netatmo.
It would appear that I have bought the smart indoor health care (bronze colour) and not the weather station (grey) Still does not explain why it will not connect to the app

I have the same problem. I cant connect my Main unit. It states that the unit is already in another home...but I have no other home. I have deleted home on my phone and on my ipad...still...

I had the same problem.
Delete all home and rooms. Do a reset and the main device and a clean install. That will fix the problem.
With a reset you might lose historical data.
Still cannot Connect my outdoor module to the main station.
I’ve had my Netatmo for a number of years and really liked using it.
Everything was fine. Then I changed my router.
No matter what I did it would not hook up again.
Did all the steps numerous times. Did all the recommended things a number of times. Cleared everything. Evey time time I would hit a road block. Start again.
I’ve had it. My Netatmo is going in the garbage. To bad, I really liked it when it was working.
