Thermostat not showing in App
My relay is connected to the Wi-Fi, as indicated by the app. However, my wireless thermostat is not connecting to the relay and is not appearing in the app. As a result, I am unable to adjust the temperature and the boiler is not turning on. I would appreciate some assistance, as the help documents have not been helpful and I have not received a response from support.

i have similar problem. Two days ago i went into app and all devices disappeared, i log in through the website and it says that i have not any device configurated... But in reality i got around 6 devices in my home.
I lost all my data (2 years records), my programs and app is asking me to reconfigurate again the devices..
Can anyone help me?

Hi I had to replace the thermostat because the screen was no longer readable but working fine. I purchased the full kit again and replaced both the thermostat and the relay units. The boiler comes on and the test shows that the Wi-Fi is connected, however the App won't connect at all. This needs to be resolved urgently as I need to control the thermostat remotely as I live outside of the country for many periods.

My thermostat is displaying ! Symbol. So connected to WiFi. My weatherstation not working at all either. Is it NETATMO problem. Other devices are operating normally.
