Netatmo Smart thermostat not connecting to energy/control App.

reset and reset many times to set up on Energy and or Control app, app not seeing or finding thermostat. Using apple devices. Last try then ditching. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I have the same problem, the rele and the thermostat are working but it is imposible to ad in the App the thermostat to have the control and planning of the heating System. What is The problem ? There is a error message about cloud syncronitation in course, not modification available in the homekit configuration

My issue has been ongoing for 10 months or so. Have gone through what Netatmo sent me many times and have sent email asking for replacement, I have no joy ill get my money back via Apple or Netatmo. As of yet no response from Netatmo.
