My devices are all gone from the app

What happened to all my devices in the Energy app?

When I log in to my account it takes me straight to a wizzard to install a new product. I had a Netatmo smart thermostat with 4 valves organized by rooms and they are not there in the app. If I go back from the wizzard the only option is to logout of the account. If I do that, when I log back in it agains takes me to the wizzard to install a new product.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Android app and it is still the same.

When I log into web, the only devices are my indoor and outdoor sensors for temperature and humidity, not my thermostat and radiator valves.

    Same. My account shows no products even though I have a doorbell attached and use frequently on my AirBnB. 

    I got an email saying that I haven't logged into my account in over a year so the account is inactive. That is when the DB stopped working. Sad, because I use the App every day practically everyday. Now I need to drive an hour to reconfigure the doorbell. 

    Couldn't they send out a warning or reminder to login before they killed the doorbell on my account? Guess I need to set up a reminder in my calendar to login to my account every six months so they don't kill my products on my AirBnB network.

    Same with me. I logged in after a year o a different phone and all devices configured last year were gone.
