Are you Trying to Destroy your loyal Customer Base?

I have just been forcibly moved to an "upgraded" Web App for my heating which has removed all the functionality which first attracted me to your equipment. As I can't use to set up, check and change schedules what is that point of it?

How do I switch back to the previous functional software which allowed me to maintain and mange my system?

If you don't have any plans in the very near future to provide proper management software for desktop applications then please let me know so I can scrap your equipment and look for a firm which actually cares about providing proper software support for users.

This is a worrying change which suggests you have forgotten the purpose of your equipment.  

Can I suggest you that you hire some coders who actually use the kit and understand what functions are important for a heating system. ie that is being able set the temperature and time ranges. You "upgraded" app doesn't manage to do that as it has no provision for schedule management.
