Outdoor Camera couldn't be added in app
Hello,
I have 2 outdoor cameras I want to add to my account. In the app everything is working well until short before the end.
It says connected to wifi XYZ...and then stays at the message "einrichten des Zubehörs" translated freehand like "configuration of accessories - this may take some seconds" unfortunately this are very long seconds. I endet it after having seen this message for about 10 minutes...
what can I do?
start from the beginning -> done
reset -> done
new sd Card -> done
...
this happens with two cameras in different networks..

weak wifi signal? Try install it next to the antenna, for test
Hi, well it’s not even 2m apart from the router…
Try to change the wifi channel. I have a similar experience as you but with a netatmo doorbell. Changing the wifi channel helped.

what do you mean by changing wifi channels? Frequency? I have the Outdoor cam double set and one of the two cameras is not connecting at all. It shows up fine in apple home and is visiable in the security app but I get the same issue that it gets stuck in the setup screen, just like philipp mentioned.
