New Web App PROBLEMS!

Now the thermostats heat the radiators even though the application shows that they are not heating. Batteries full. Thermostats cannot be calibrated in the new application. Very weak. It stopped working properly. Where can I apply for the return of purchased thermostats and reimbursement of heating costs?
