Same here. The official app shows that main module is disconected, which is not true. But via API, using my own app for Windows, data are complete and up to date.

Same here. Access is possible and up to date on the iOS app. But not on two different Android devices. But I still receive Notifications from the Android app even if I can't connect on the app.

I have the same problem. The app shows that the weather station has been disconnected from the internet. It worked until today. Is there any third party app I could use on Android?

I'm also affected. It worked till Today but now Android App is showing it's disconnected from WLAN & Web App is not showing Temperature & Humidity values (although the Graphs show that the station is still sending measurements every 5 mins)
I see from the preceding message that there is a known system problem. I wish they would have sent out an email message advising customers of the issue. I've spent the better part of two hours going through the recommended steps of trying to get reconnected... including Force Stopping and reinstalling the app.
What's odd in my case is that I have three android devices, a smartphone and two tablets. The error for me is occurring on the two newer android devices, my smartphone and one tablet. The odd thing is that my seven year old android tablet is reporting the temp, etc. just fine.
I'll assume that fits in with their known system problem... that some android devices are working, but not others. Also, just thought of this... my oldest android device has an old version of the netatmo app. If I recall, the newest version of the netatmo app would not install on my old android OS, which is on my oldest tablet.
I'll stop rambling now and cross my fingers that they get this issue resolved quickly.

I still have this or a similar problem as of Oct 25, 2024. My Android version 4.6.1.0 displays "The Weather Staion's big module is disconnected...". None the less, it is still recording indoor and outdoor data. I have another module in a different location which works fine. Is it possible that the big module needs a firmware update?

I have a variation on the same problem. In my case one iPhone (my wife’s) is connecting no problem - but my iPhone is not. My phone is otherwise working perfectly. Very puzzling. The netatmo customer service is if no help - it takes days to get an answer and all I get is generic suggestions to reboot etc.
