App Information Loss and connect Portal Functionality Issue

ancelotcyrille

Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well.

I'm reaching out regarding an issue I've encountered with the app creation process through the connect portal to access the API. Initially, everything seemed to be functioning smoothly as I successfully created an app and accessed the API without any hiccups. However, after two days, I noticed that all the app information had inexplicably disappeared from the portal.

Despite multiple attempts to input the information again, the portal fails to retain it. This persistence issue persists even when attempting to create a new app – the information isn't saved, rendering the creation process ineffective. Consequently, I am unable to create new apps or retrieve any data through the API.

I'm curious if you or anyone else has experienced similar behavior with the portal. Any insights or assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Regards

Cyrille

    Hello Cyrille,

Indeed, there is a problem with the app parameters tools following an update done yesterday. Teams are warned and are currently working on a fix
If needed, a communication to inform about progress on the subject will be done on the forum

Is there any progress information for the fix? It's now been 4 days with no fix and no updates.

6 days, so almost a week in the meanwhile...

I think they'll do their best but a regular sitrep should be fine and well appreciated

Please solve this problem quickly, it's been too long already. Very disappointed by your lack of reactivity regarding the extent of the issue. I think many users will consider switching to another brand if you don't solve it soon, we need your apps!

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay to fix the problem, it took time for the teams to find and fix the problem. It's now working back correctly
