My Videodoorbell is broken!

Ali, my customer rep, was great.

BUT!! I bought the most expensive video doorbell on the market. And there have been lots of problems with it. Having to buy a new MikroSD, and then it worked for 2 months. NOW IT'S BROKEN!!!

This is not a problem that only affects a few, Reddit is full of people with the same experience as me.

That's horrendous!

I will not buy or recommend Netatmo ever again even though I'm satisfied with my Weather Station.

A very dissatisfied customer.
