New camera. Installed ios app, logs in, app crash each time.
I just got my security camera mounted on the wall.
Then I installed the Security app on two ios 17.4.1 units, iPhone 14 and X.
I managed to log in, alas the app crashes every time I try to launch the app. On both phones.
What can I do?

same problem!
I found a possible work around. If you got an existing account for your Netatmo weather app and system. You got to make a new account for the security app.
That will work without crashing.
I got a Netatmo weather system app and account. That account makes it crash by some strange reason each and every time.
You must remove the app and reinstall it to make it work.
I had the same problem, and I solved it for both me and my wife by logging into our Netatmo accounts on the website first. We were prompted to accept some terms and conditions, and then the app launched correctly immediately.
Same problem …I ll try a new account …
