Outdoor module temp out of whack (+358°C)
My outdoor module has gone bananas. It's currently showing +358°C temp, the "feels like" value is +74834°C. It doesn't seem to change either.
In April I had readings like -2852°C.
With all due respect to climate change - this seem a little excessive.
The module lives on the terrace and never experiences any rain, snow or other harsh circumstances. I had this once with a different outdoor module at a different site, which also drained the batteries within a few hours. This is NOT the case here.
Does anyone have an idea about what's going on, and how this can be fixed?
Thanks
Matt

I have the same problem with the external module.
I thought was a low battery related cause, as sometimes happen with other values on internal modules, but the problem persists with brand new batteries.
I had similar problem, outdoor module was reporting a fixed temperature but the humidity and battery reported fine.
Changed batteries and re-assigned it to the main module with no change.
At the end the problem showed to be that a real small part of the circuit board, where the sensor is attached, is exposed to the outdoor air and humidity and the circuit board was eroded.
I was had to buy a new outdoor module.
I also bought the outdoor protection shield to prevent the same problem, I hope it will help.
