New web application, why?

I have been using Netamo for 5 years. I have 11 electronic valves. The new web application is a real nightmare. Why did you change the app to make it work worse? I can't access my devices to calibrate them, I can't program the temperature. The new options are absolutely useless. I cannot recommend this system to anyone. I think I'm going to get rid of this system. If you are considering buying a smart valve don't buy Netatmo, consider other options like Tado, Danfoss, General Electric, Google Nest, Somfy.
